Tropical breezes off the Sea of Cortez blend with fresh air from the Pacific in the palapa-roofed Agua Bar, which emanates the hip and contemporary style of modern Mexico. Ideal for light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks by day.

The flavours of Los Cabos are celebrated in Agua, a palapa-styled venue overlooking the Sea of Cortez that showcases an inspired “Mexiterranean” menu and indoor/outdoor ambiances to suit different moods. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Michelin stared chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents a unique dining concept in Market, his first outpost South of the Border. In understated elegance, Market features Euro-Asian cuisine with Mexican inspirations along with the country’s most complete wine list. Market brings to life Jean-Georges French roots with Asian influence to reflect his travels in the region and the freshness and variety of Mexico’s rich culinary tradition and ingredients.

Suviche offers an impressive selection of fresh Sushi and Ceviches in a unique combination of traditional preparation with Jean-Goerges’ signature blend of flavors and ingredients. The al fresco casual and fun ambiance is complimented with the scenic views of the Sea of Cortez and live entertainment.

Master Chef Nobuo Iwaseya, hand selected by Jean-Georges from his native Japan will delight your palate with his sushi creations. The Sake Sommelier will guide you in making the perfect sake pairing to compliment your dining experience. An extensive green tea menu is also available.

KidsOnly Club

KidsOnly is complimentary to all guests and carefully supervised by a highly trained staff. A full programme of entertainment and activities is tailored to the interests of various ages and offered daily from 9am to 5pm. KidsOnly is available for children four to eleven years old, while kids under four may participate with a parent or guardian.

Active programmes include yoga classes, beach volleyball, horseshoes, beach tug-of-war, football and soccer matches, and more. Children are exposed to the cultures of Mexico with entertaining activities such as Spanish lessons, piñata-making classes, cooking lessons, and even sessions on the art of origami.

For babies and toddlers, the resort offers professional baby-sitting and nanny services (24-hour notice required), and baby cots are also available. In-room video game equipment is available, and for teens, special programmes are featured during holiday periods including golf, tennis, volleyball, soccer and more.

With its historic chapel exuding an aura of romance and enchantment, One&Only Palmilla is a heavenly location for a wedding. Located on a hill overlooking the resort's tropical grounds and beaches, the chapel is in traditional Mexican style, whitewashed with arched doorways and windows. And, as in the "happily ever after" of fairy tales, the bridal couple may arrive at the chapel by horse-drawn carriage.
